    Sister Kathleen Lannak, IHM School Endowment Fund

    On March 2, 1999 the Archdiocese of Washington approved St. John the Evangelist Endowment Fund-Policy #2006. Its purpose is to receive contributions, including pledges, grants, matching gifts, wills/trust, memorial of a loved one, brick project for the operational and educational needs of the school. The goal - $1M - is realistic in light of what would be accomplished for the future Catholic Education of the students who register into our school programs. The renaming of the Fund was made at the school's 50th Anniversary Celebration in honor of our present principal of twenty-five years.

    We need YOU to help us reach the $1M goal!


    The Fund's goal set for $1M+ is realistic in light of what would be accomplished for the future Catholic Education of the students who register into our school programs. The interest earned will be used for the operational and educational needs of St. John the Evangelist School.

    Options for Giving:
    January to December is the Endowment fiscal year. Donors of $250+ receive a record of their annual contributions for their IRS Report.
    1. The long-range method pledge of one, two or three years.
    2. Brick Project ($1,000) donation places an inscribed brick on the Woodland Drive patio entrance of the school.
    3. Matching Company Gift Program
    4. Alumni Helping Alumni Program
    5. School Memorabilia Sales
    6. Gift Donations plus a variety of mini-annual fundraisers advances the Fund toward its goal.
