The Middle States re-accreditation process has resulted in many positive changes at St. John's, one being an all-new, very energized Fundraising Committee. The first committee meeting was held on Wednesday, January 16th with eight members in attendance. The main focus of the meeting was to discuss those fundraisers that would help us reach the fundraising goal of $45K (that's in addition to the $55K raised by HSA fundraisers) by reaching beyond the immediate St. John's community to raise funds and increase awareness about our school. A vast list was narrowed down to several ideas, which include a Spring Fashion Show, a 5K Run, and a Preakness Party. Stay tuned for further details.
