Rationale: One of the main purposes of education is to facilitate chane in the students. At St. John the Evangelist School we expect Christian behavior on the part of our students as well as their striving to be the best students possible. The classroom teacher is the primary person for change in both areas. There are times, however, when some assistance is needed. It is to this end that the S.T.A.R.T. (Start To Act Right Today) is used. When it is necessary, therefore, to send students to the office, please fill out the information below:

N.B. These forms will be kept on file. After two such forms are filed, the student, teacher, and principal will have a conference. After three, the parent will be notified.
